Shipping/Handling Rates - USA

Regular Shipping (orders up to $150.00) is by Priority Mail (USPS) with delivery confirmation from southeastern Pennsylvania at actual cost with an upper limit.The shipping rate chart below shows the most you will have to pay for shipping*. Shipping rates posted below vary because for normal sized packages, cost to ship is determined by weight and destination within a range of purchase amounts. The varying rates within the purchase amounts are derived from the actual USPS Priority Mail cost to ship across the US based on the packaged weight of various combinations of our products (not including books and empty bottles).

Free Shipping - Orders over $150.00 (with no sale, discounted items, books or glassware included).

Priority Shipping delivers within 2-3 days in the continental US.
Note: 3 day delivery is no longer guaranteed by USPS, but normally accomplished in ordinary times.

Insurance, if desired, is extra and charged at actual cost.

Depending on weight and destination, we may ship via UPS.

Books

(except very little ones) are shipped via USPS Media Mail (book rate). According to USPS, Media Mail shipments arrive within 7 days most anywhere in the US. Rate is actual cost based on weight, destination and delivery confirmation.

Economy Shipping

USPS First Class shipping is available by request for any order with a packaged weight less than 13 ounces. Rate is actual cost based on weight, destination and delivery confirmation. Maximum charge possible is $4.50.

How to Determine the Total Amount of Order

Multiple the Item Price (price for one) by Quantity desired = Extended Price
Extended Price Total Amount = sum of all Extended Prices

We also accept credit card orders that are U.S. Mailed to us. If Mailing include,
in addition to your order, your name and address, shipping address (if different
from your address), phone number, email address, type of credit card (Visa or
MasterCard), credit card number and expiration date.

Ordering by Mail (destination within US)

For all mail orders (credit card, check and money order), call or email for shipping rate
before mailing your order. All mail orders should include what you want to order
along with your name and address, shipping address (if different from your
address), phone number and email address. For credit card purchases include the
type of card (Visa or Mastercard), credit card number and expiration date.
When ordering by mail, Sale Prices are honored on orders that are postmarked on

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates may be ordered in any amount by phone, email or US Mail. In addition
to the purchase information, also include the name and address of the recipient and how

Returns and Refunds

Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable. To return a purchased item send it and
a copy of the receipt to us within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Please note that once
opened, flower essences, soaps, creams, salves, sprays, and mists are not returnable.
